Jennifer L. Dunn is an experienced civil litigation attorney with over 20 years of experience representing clients in complex legal matters. Attorney Dunn's practice is currently focused primarily on Federal Court appeals of Social Security disability cases.  Before starting Dunn Law, PLLC in 2023, Attorney Dunn began her legal career at a mid-size civil litigation firm where she gained extensive courtroom experience and trial practice in personal injury, medical malpractice, disability,  and workers compensation cases. In 2010 Attorney Dunn joined Citizens Disability and served as part of the executive team.  After more than 10 years with Citizens Disability, Attorney Dunn began Dunn Law, appealing disability cases to Federal Courts in all jurisdictions across the United States and has succesfully litigated hundreds of disability cases with the help of her legal team.

Levi J. Roman is Senior Counsel at Dunn Law PLLC, where he represents individuals in Social Security disability appeals at both the administrative and federal court levels. His work focuses on developing case strategy, writing briefs, and handling selected oral arguments in federal court. Before joining Dunn Law, Levi served in senior roles at Citizens Disability, where he contributed to case development, legal writing, and advocacy on behalf of disabled claimants. He earned his J.D. from New England Law Boston in 2011. Levi also serves on the board of Rural Development, Inc., a nonprofit affordable housing developer in Western Massachusetts, reflecting his commitment to serving the community beyond his legal practice.

He began his legal career with Citizens Disability, where he gained extensive experience navigating the rules and regulations involved in representing claimants at disability hearings. During law school, Jari interned at several law firms, gaining experiences that solidified his commitment to disability law. At Dunn Law, he continues to focus his practice on advocating for disabled individuals and helping clients secure the benefits they deserve.
